Government Service Referral
Shining provides government service referral to help the child to have timely treatment.
After being evaluated by our doctor/ psychologist, the referral letter can be used directly for applying to the services of the Social Welfare Department or Education Bureau for special arrangement.
0-6 years old children

Generally, it takes around 1-2 years to have the training begin if the evaluation is done by the government.

If the evaluation is done in Shining and referred to the government service, the process can be shrinked into 1-2 weeks for queueing for the Pre-school Rehabilitation Services.
